Online registration for all Barrington 220 families is now open. 
Go to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to begin your online registration.   All families with students planning to return to Barrington 220 for the 2019-20 school year should complete online registration before May 28.

Roslyn runs on our volunteers!  Here are the two events where you can take a short shift and keep it running!  We will train you! 





Success Night:  Book Fair + Art Fair + Ice Cream Social + Choir– 5/16/19 6:00-8:30pm

Thursday, May 16th is Roslyn’s annual Success Night.   PTO will host an Ice Cream Social in the MPR and the Book Fair + Art Fair is in the gym.  Mrs. Blake’s choir will sing from 7-7:30.  FLYER

2019/2020 School Supplies and Dues!  Deadline 5/17

April is the month that we start to plan the next school year.   Please pay next year’s PTO dues and order school supplies!  Roslyn has a 99% participation rate in dues as it includes field day, one yearbook per child + holiday classroom parties.   School Supplies will be on sale until 5/17/19. 



HEINEN’S – $1699 earned!

Thank you to the 70 people who registered their Heinen’s card!  Roslyn received annual earnings of $1699!!  Heinen’s donates once per year just because you shopped!   Please re-register this summer – Heinen’s requires you stop by customer service each year to renew or renew online:  Questions?  Amanda Manczak

Roslyn Teachers headed to Rwanda – support

Four Roslyn staff members who are headed to Rwanda this summer! Mrs. Hesselbein, Ms. Alvarez, Mr. Simon + Ms. Gillespie are collecting items and raising funds to bring professional development workshops in the areas of education, medicine, and business.

220 Educational Foundation – Teacher Tributes!

Give teachers a wonderful SUMMER SEND-OFF by honoring them with a Teacher Tribute through the Barrington 220 Educational Foundation.  Honorees receive personalized cards delivered to all schools on Friday, May 31st.  Honorees will also be acknowledged on the Barrington 220 Educational Foundation website.  The money raised from both the Holiday and Summer Send-Off Teacher Tributes help to fund the Barrington 220 Educational Foundation’s Helping Hands and PIE Grants which provide additional money for equipment, curriculum and other resources to support teachers as they work to Enrich, Inspire and Encourage our students every day

Please plan on attending  to all of the Dates above or just one, we are setting up a new Brownie Girl Scout Troop for your soon to be 2nd grader for next year at Roslyn Road School which will start in September. We would like parents & girls to attend so we can start your 1st grader on her way & provide information on how to start a troop while the girls are doing a few Girl Scout Activities.

Roslyn’s Helping Hands

Volunteer for Blessings in a Backpack by packing weekend food items for D220 students of need.  Everything is supplied; we just need at least (2) Roslyn parents each Thursday @ Sunny Hill for 60-90 minutes. Try it once -you will feel joy!   Questions?  Keri Culhane
