Box Tops
Box Tops provide a great way for our to raise money on items they already buy.
Look for the pink labels on grocery products, cut them out, and turn them in to the school by taping (no staples please) them to the collection sheet. You may also submit them (in counts of 50) in a zip lock bag or envelope labeled with the teacher’s name. There is collection box in the school office.
The next deadline for Box Top submissions is March 23rd!! The teacher of the winning classroom will determine how the class celebrates being the Box Top winner.

Please support our school by enrolling or renewing your participation with Heinen’s card! The loyalty program can benefit the ELC PTO with donations if you register your card.

When you make a purchase with your Heinen's card, our school earns money.

  • It is very simple (and free!) to sign up or renew!

In the Community

Blessings in a Backpack

Looking to get involved to help a need in our community? Want to finish your day knowing that you've helped a hungry child? Then please volunteer to help fill bags of food for our school district's Blessings in a Backpack program. Blessings in a Backpack provides food for school children who may otherwise have little or no food to eat on weekends during the school year. Better test scores, improved reading skills, positive behavior, improved health and increased attendance have all been attributed to this program.
Every Thursday 9-10 a.m., all the elementary schools in our district get together at Sunny Hill Elementary to help pack bags in assembly-line fashion.  Some volunteers may also take bags back to district schools and deliver to the front office. Hope you can make time to help feed a child!
For more information, check out the Blessings in a Backpack National Site.
