As of May 3, 2019, the United States has 764 confirmed cases of measles since January 1, 2019, Thus far, cases are in 23 states and Illinois has 7 confirmed measles cases this year. These high number of cases are the second highest since measles were eliminated in 2000. (Per the Centers for Disease Control). Español

The number of confirmed measles cases in the United States, in 2019, continues to rise.
