Additional Information For Fine Arts Booster Members
We are pleased to announce our transition to online ticketing at BHS. The new online system has many advantages, one of which is our ability to provide Fine Arts Booster tickets through the system. There are a few important things to remember when ordering tickets as a Fine Arts Booster Member:
Your complimentary tickets are tied to the email address that you have provided to Fine Arts Boosters.
When purchasing your tickets, you must use this email address in order for the system to recognize your level of contribution.
You will have access to advance ticket sales for some performances.
You will receive an email with a ticketing link for Fine Arts Booster members. This link will be sent to the email address on file with FAB.
Your complimentary tickets will be awarded based on your ticket order, from the most expensive ticket to least expensive ticket, on a per order basis.
This means that the system will automatically award complimentary tickets by value and deduct the tickets with the highest value first. *Please remember that each order is independent, for example:
If you receive six complimentary tickets and you complete an order for four tickets, for example, two adults and two children,the system will convert each ticket on this order to a complimentary ticket.
If you return to the system at a later date to place another order, the system will recognize that you have TWO remaining tickets and convert two additional tickets to complimentary tickets. Any tickets after your allotment (based on contribution level) will be charged at face value.
Print your tickets at the time of purchase on the "Purchase Completed" screen.
If you do not receive an email confirming your purchase with an "Admission Code", YOU HAVE NOT SECURED TICKETS TO THE PERFORMANCE.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
