BHS Distinguished Graduates

The Distinguished Graduate Award honors Barrington High School graduates who have
achieved outstanding distinction in their field, their community, or in life. Areas of
distinction may include, but are not limited to:

• Arts - music, acting, dance, film, etc.
• Government - local, state, national
• Science / Engineering - medicine, research, aeronautics architecture
• Athletics – competitive sports or athletic leadership
• Education - teaching, leadership, or innovation in learning
• Humanitarian - community service, advocacy, philanthropy
• Business – leadership, entrepreneurship, or notable success in commercial enterprise
