My Ride K-12

Barrington 220 uses a transportation system called My Ride K-12. Parents and students can access their bus stop location, route, and pick-up time on the My Ride mobile app, which is available in the Apple App Store.

Pick-up Protocol

As a reminder, buses do not wait for late students at pick-up locations. Students should be at their stop five to 10 minutes BEFORE and wait five to 10 minutes AFTER their scheduled pick-up time, especially during the first few weeks of the school year.

Alternate Transportation Request

Families who require a consistent alternate pick-up or drop-off location (i.e. daycare, parenting agreements) can submit an alternate transportation request. Click here to fill out an Alternate Transportation Request. Please note a minimum of 72 hours is required for any transportation change.

Paid Transportation Request

Families who are not eligible for district-provided transportation can submit a Paid Transportation Request. Paid transportation may be offered if space is available on existing bus routes. It MAY be available for students living within 1.5 miles of their school or for those students who have been granted an in-district transfer. Please note a minimum of 72 hours is required for any transportation change.
