About

A quality public education is the result of a strong partnership between school districts and their communities. Barrington 220's Parent University provides free, in-person, and virtual information sessions throughout the school year covering specific topics that help parents support their children as they move through the Barrington 220 School District. We invite you to join us!

6:30pm - 7:30 pm
District Administrative Center

We believe literacy is the foundation for all learning and essential for success in life. By attending this parent night, you will learn how to support your child's literacy development and hear an overview of the elementary literacy curriculum, including changes for fall, 2023. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with other parents and caregivers.

This Parent University will be offered in-person at the District Administrative Center, 515 W Main Street, Barrington, IL, and/or as a recorded link so you can watch at a later date. Please note that if you attend in-person, the session is intended for adults and we will not have childcare. Please RSVP to ensure seating and materials are available.
