College Visits

High school students are eligible to take up to five excused college visit days each school year. The student must complete the  College Visits Form and provide the required proof of attendance for each visit or the absence will be unexcused.

Parents/Guardians must enter the student's absence in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal before the visit, using the ‘OTHER’ absence code, and include ‘College Visit’ in the comment section. The absence will be entered initially as absent, unexcused. Once the counselor receives the completed College Visits Form and supporting documents, the absence will be marked as excused and changed to ‘College Visit’.
