Parent Resources
Parents are key collaborators in the process of determining appropriate special education services and support for students. Through participation in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and annual IEP reviews, parents help ensure that students receive the support needed to help them reach their goals. In addition, Barrington 220 has an active Special Education Parent Advisory Group that hosts several annual presentations featuring expert speakers on high-interest topics.
