Early Learning Center

An estimated $500,000 out of the $147 million referendum will be spent at the Barrington Early Learning Center, which includes all construction costs and non-construction items such as safety and security, general maintenance, and technology. In addition to safety and security upgrades, projects include:

  • Improving temperature control in the building 
  • Replacing phone system with a new digital system
  • Building a transaction window in the front office 
  • Connecting the ELC parking lot to Prairie Campus
     

Construction at the ELC began in Summer 2023 and was completed for the start of the 2023-24 school year.
