    The Barrington High School Fine Arts Boosters provides stipends for Fall/Spring lessons and Summer camps.

    BHS Fine Arts Boosters - Lageschulte Interlochen Scholarship

    The Barrington High School Fine Arts Boosters accepts applications for the Lageschulte Interlochen Scholarship. Award of the scholarship is dependent on the student being accepted to Interlochen Camp in Michigan.  The Lageschulte Interlochen Scholarship is awarded annually and will pay a maximum of $1000 of a student's tuition to Interlochen Camp.

    Nancie Kozel-Tobison Scholarship
     
     Nancie Kozel Tobison taught choir at Barrington High School for 18 years, sharing her passion and talent with thousands of students.  The gift of music that she gave these students will live forever.  In her honor, a scholarship fund has been established to recognize Nancie's passion, dedication to students, and love of music.
     
    The $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a senior who has made significant contributions to the BHS choir program and who has provided outstanding leadership during his or her BHS choir career.   Students are not required to pursue a post-high school education in the field of music

    BHS Performing Arts Alumni Endowment - Richard C. Johnson Galfer Award

    This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior at Barrington High School for outstanding contributions to the performing arts experience at Barrington High School.  Click here for more informationDeadline for Applications is March1, 2019.  Click here to download the application

     Agnes Krueger Memorial Scholarship

    BMO Private Bank is the trustee of the Agnes Krueger Trust from which the annual Agnes Krueger Scholarship Fund was established. 

    Applicants for the scholarship must provide, in addition to the completed application, the following information and documentation:

      • proof of residency within District #220;
      • proof of acceptance at or current registration in a post-high school institution;
      • a written statement from the applicant confirming their pursuit of a degree in the field of music, or majoring in music;  a confirmation from a music teacher or head of the Fine Arts Department should accompany this statement.
