Welcome to Lines Elementary School!
This is Dr. Hyllberg's second year as Lines principal and 24th year in public education. Before coming to Lines, Dr. Hyllberg was a principal for seven years in Woodland School District 50 and four years in Round Lake School District 116. Before becoming an administrator, Dr. Hyllberg was an elementary teacher for eleven years in Racine, Wisconsin.
Dr. Hyllberg is an avid sports fan, especially for the Chicago Cubs and Duke Blue Devils. He enjoys reading, jogging, watching movies, and is a huge Star Wars fan. Dr. Hyllberg thoroughly enjoys Dunkin Donuts decaf coffee in the morning (can you imagine him drinking caffeine?) and McDonald's Diet Coke in a styrofoam cup in the afternoon. He is thrilled and honored to be the principal of the amazing students and staff of Lines Elementary School!
