Character Counts

The CHARACTER COUNTS! Education Program is a program designed to focus on the character education of our children.  Its foundation is based on six pillars, which include: respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, citizenship and trustworthiness.  CHARACTER COUNTS! has received much positive feedback around the United States and in our own community.  The program focuses on total community involvement.



Respect
  • Treat others with respect; follow the Golden Rule
  • Be tolerant and accepting of differences
  • Use good manners, not bad language
  • Be considerate of the feelings of others
  • Don’t threaten, hit or hurt anyone
  • Deal peacefully with anger, insults, and disagreements
