Classroom News / Important Dates
Welcome to our class page. In room 148 we work hard and play hard as we learn. The students spend lots of time reading and writing all their great ideas as we experience the world around us. We research books to learn about the world we live in too. Enjoy finding out about us on this website.
Classroom Information
Homework: Each night students are expected to read for twenty minutes. Spelling practice should be ten minutes. Math fact practice should be five minutes. Focus on two sets of facts each night. (i.e. learn all the "eights" facts. Spelling tests and reading quizzes are on Fridays.

Additional info.: Reading to your child before bed each night is very important to their success in learning to read and in gaining vocabulary concepts. Don't leave our this important routine!
