Applied Mathematics

 

This course is designed for college bound students that are not intending

to major in mathematics in college. This course builds upon the foundations

of Algebra I and Geometry with specific

emphasis on finance, mathematical logic, banking, savings, investments,

credit, map skills, and problem solving. This course emphasizes problem

solving skills and provides students with the mathematical knowledge

necessary to apply Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II concepts to

problem solving.
