If the student fails to meet the terms of the contract, the teacher can refer the student to the dean to have the student dropped from the class.
Tardiness
A student is tardy if they are not in the room at the start of class.
The student will be considered tardy if less than 10 minutes late to class.
Being tardy to class may result in being assigned a detention from the classroom teacher.
When a student arrives late to class, it is their responsibility to present themselves to the teacher after class to make sure they were not marked absent.
Failure to do so may result in an unexcused absence being recorded for that period.
